My thanks to the committee and members for a very enjoyable day. I was given a warm welcome and the exhibitors accepted my decisions with good sportsmanship. Special thanks to Mary Lowe, a delightful hostess who looked after me very well. I was ably assisted in the ring by a first class steward in Bill Rowell. It is some years since I judged the breed in this country and I was delighted with the overall quality of the dogs. In some classes, I was spoilt for choice with such quality in the line up.
