Many thanks for the opportunity to judge at this show. The show was very welcoming and lunch was excellent. On the whole the coat condition of the dogs was good as was dentition but one or two would have benefited from a bath pre show.
Minor Puppy
1. Armstrong and McFarlane, Cornstalk Gold Cascade,7 months Brindle puppy, Attractive lean head with good length of muzzle, strong but elegant neck, good front, good depth of brisket for age, strong well made hindquarters, would not want to see much more angulation, nice for size, moved well enough. A promising puppy who will benefit from time and handling

1. Armstrong and McFarlane, Cornstalk Thor, 9 months Brindle puppy, very attractive head, nice elegant neck, good front, would like to have seen more overall length of body to give balance, handler must not overstretch him on the stand, a bit unsettled on the move, another promising puppy.
2. Outterson, Ardencote Star Turn, Attractive Parti Colour of 10 months, nice head and expression, good length of neck, tends to fall away behind on the stand and still needs to settle in movement, very promising though and presented in lovely condition.
